A meatless meal collection? Is that even a collection at all? I know this is something that many of you, including my husband, would say. Today, I’m about to change that. Over the years, I’ve gently encouraged my husband, the “red meat connoisseur”, to eat only one meal a week consisting of beef. And now, I’ve convinced my husband you can still have big flavor minus the meat.
