This Copycat Carrabba’s Grill Seasoning is the best grill seasoning I have ever had; on chicken, steak, pork or fish you can’t go wrong.
We love Carrabba’s. It is one of our favorite restaurants to go here in town. In fact, it is the only chain restaurant we frequent, like 3-4 times a month. Mainly we go there for the grill seasoning and baste. And the fact that their kitchen is 90% scratch, huge perk! My husband loves the Chicken Bryan and I love their Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Port Wine Fig Sauce. I am salivating now. Although my favorite dish there is their Sicilian Chicken Soup. Oh, man if you haven’t tried it, you have got to make it. Crazy good.
This Copycat Carrabba’s Grill Seasoning I love to load onto my meat but my kids only like a sprinkle. So season each how they would like, but try this seasoning. Not only is this seasoning amazing, but it stores in an airtight container indefinitely; as long as you store it in a dry, cool and dark cupboard.
From our favorite restaurant to your dinner table enjoy this Copycat Carrabba’s Grill Seasoning. It will become a staple ingredient, trust me.
Enjoy! XOXO San

Notes
Thank you. Have a great day!
I actually haven’t had this seasoning at Carrabbas, but it sounds incredible! Love how easy it is to throw together, I will definitely be trying this out! 🙂
Terrific recipes.
I cut the amount of salt in half but it was still WAY too salty for my family. Otherwise a good recipe.
We tried this on wagyu steak. AMAZING!!! Definitely doing this again
That sounds absolutely delicious! So glad you enjoyed it!
Nice blend, though it isn’t always easy to find granulated anything, so I found a substitute made by Goya sazonador total , it’s got parsley and cumin and it’s pretty good when you can’t find the granulated garlic and granulated onion.
Is that a misprint…1/4 c salt?
No, 1/4 cup of salt is correct! This is a seasoning recipe so you adjust how much you use for taste as you would with any salt-based seasoning blend.
I know it doesn’t specify but I was curious does anyone know if its better to use coarse or fine Kosher salt?
Coarse sea salt tastes the best.
