The kids always have a few requests, but I love surprising them with a twist on one of their favorites. Since I like to keep things simple, I’m sharing my favorite, easiest way to make guacamole too. I discovered using a pastry blender gives the guacamole the perfect texture, creamy and smooth, yet leaving a few little chunks, giving it a restaurant flare. I used this kitchen hack this Christmas Eve, and my family loved it. My sister Tami, even went out and bought a pastry blender specifically for guacamole after trying it.
