This is a simple and lite dessert, less than 70 calories in less than 15 minutes.
The yogurt and cream cheese center is smooth, creamy, and delicious. The strawberry adds the touch of sweetness that balances out the acidity of the Greek yogurt. The mint leaf leaves your mouth refreshed with its crisp, sweet, and spicy flavor. They all create a perfect melody of flavors for a sweet ending.
Serve this at a brunch, luncheon, barbeque, after dinner, or even as a snack. My kids loved coming home from school to this yummy dessert. And I wasn’t at all concerned that they were going to ruin their appetites for dinner. Enjoy!
