Rudolph Popcorn is festive and incredibly delicious. Cinnamon chocolate kettle corn, red hots as his nose and pretzel sticks as the antlers. Trust me, it’s going to be your new go-to holiday treat!

The holiday season is a time for celebrating with loved ones, decorating homes, and indulging in delicious treats. One such treat that has become a staple during the festive period is Rudolph Popcorn.

Rudolph Popcorn

This delectable snack combines the sweet flavors of cinnamon chocolate kettle corn with the iconic look of Santa’s reindeer, Rudolph. The addition of red hots as his nose and pretzel sticks as antlers adds a touch of playfulness to the treat and elevates the taste to a whole new level.

But what makes Rudolph Popcorn special is its ability to unite people. Whether making batches with friends and family or serving them at holiday parties, this treat never fails to spark joy and spread festive cheer.

I try to make snacks around some of their favorite songs and stories on the holiday. Just like I did the Deconstructed Snowman Popcorn, this Rudolph Popcorn is the same idea.
But this is my favorite by far! The combination of the chocolate and cinnamon…mmm…perfect touch of sweetness, with just a tiny little cinnamon bite. The kids love the “noses” and the “eyes”.

This is a great snack for home and fun to take to parties! This will become one of your most requested treats this year and the years to come. And the best part of this treat…easy to make in less than 15 minutes! This allows more time to spend the holiday with your family and friends and less time in the kitchen but still offers a festive and delicious treat!

Recipe Tips

  • Use pre-popped popcorn or Kettle Corn, 16 cups.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks.

How do you make Rudolph Popcorn?

Plug in the Stir Crazy, pour in the oil, and add popcorn. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Wait a minute or two to let the popcorn kernels be covered in oil, then add the sugar and cinnamon evenly over the popcorn kernels.

Place the lid on the Stir Crazy and wait for all kernels to be popped. Once all the kernels are popped, unplug and turn over stir crazy. Pour out onto a 2 ft. x 2 ft. piece of wax paper and let it cool.

Drizzle over popcorn, then top with red hots and pretzels; then mix using two large spoons and slightly turn the popcorn, pretzels, and red hots over one another until the mix is mainly covered.

Once the chocolate has cooled and hardened, add in eyeballs and serve.
