Friends, I am completely in love with these little bites of S’more heaven. And the kids and I had so much fun making them. So easy! Like the easiest recipe I have ever made. These are a guarantee return. These turned out so cute, I couldn’t wait to share them with friends.

I loaded some of them up in these cute little bags and off we were to deliver and they were a hit. But just remember these are made with chocolate so if you are taking them out for a picnic or to the pool, set in a cooler until ready to eat, you don’t want these babies melting and they will, trust me! Lol, let’s just say that I had a melty chocolate experience.

When we were making S’mores cookies this week, I had left over ingredients and decided these No-Bake S’mores Cup were the way to go. My son Madden loved these and was the best little helper, in the end he asked me to take a picture with him so that he would remember who much he loved them. Something tells me thought he won’t forget.

How do you make No-Bake S’mores Cups?

Cut all 8 marshmallow in half using a pair of scissors and set aside, for later.

Break 2 of the graham crackers up, following the dotted lines on the crackers. You should have 4 pieces per cracker, then break those 4 pieces into the 3 pieces, so you should then have 12 pieces per cracker. Crush up remaining graham crackers into crumbs and set aside for later.

Grease with cooking spray or line with cupcake holders a small cupcake tin or if you use a large one that’s okay too it will only make 6-8 large cups and 12-16 small mini-cups, set aside.

In a small microwave-safe bowl add ½ cup milk chocolate chips with 1/2 teaspoon of oil.

Place in microwave uncovered and heat for 30-seconds. Remove and stir to combine, place back in microwave and heat for an additional 30-seconds, stir and heat again for another 15-seconds, stir. Once fully melted and smooth place a small 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate in the small cupcake/muffin tin, makes 16 for me but make as many as you have chocolate, so if you only get 12 that’s fine. I would suggest to stop when you make 16, if you still have some additional chocolate just add to the ones with chocolate already.
Immediately add one piece of graham cracker and push into the melted chocolate. The chocolate will not cover the graham cracker. If you use a large cupcake tin then add 2 pieces of graham crackers.

Heat remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon oil following the same steps above. You can even use the same bowl.

Once chocolate is smooth and completely melted, add a spoon full of chocolate, a little less than a tablespoon to each chocolate cup and graham cracker you have made in the cupcake tin. Evenly distributing the chocolate between all of the cups. Add leftover chocolate to the chocolate cups you have already made. *Note: if you are using a large cupcake tin just eyeball it when evenly distributing the chocolate, I have not made these measurements.

When chocolate is divided into each cup, immediately place 1/2 marshmallow right in the center of the chocolate, lightly push down the marshmallow so that the chocolate rises around it and it becomes set in the chocolate. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. And repeat the steps until all of the cups are complete. Place in the refrigerator about 1-hour or until chocolate has hardened.

Serve, enjoy and devour!

No-Bake S'mores Cups are an easy twist on a favorite summer treat. Whether you're having a barbecue or headed to the beach, these are the perfect fun treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 8 marshmallows regular size
  • 3 graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oil I prefer coconut oil but vegetable will work too.

Instructions

  • Cut all 8 marshmallows in half using a pair of scissors and set aside for later.
  • Break 2 of the graham crackers up, following the dotted lines on the crackers, into 4 equal pieces. Break those 4 pieces into 3 pieces each, totaling 12 pieces per cracker. Crush up remaining graham cracker into crumbs and set aside for later.
  • Grease a small cupcake tin or line with baking cups, it will make 12-16 mini cups. You could also use a regular cupcake tin, which will make 6-8 cups. Set aside.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl add 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 teaspoon of oil. Place in microwave uncovered and heat for 30-seconds. Remove and stir to combine, place back in microwave and heat for an additional 30-seconds, stir and heat again for another 15-seconds, stir.
  • Once fully melted and smooth, place a small 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate in cupcake tins. This makes 16 for me but make as many as you can, 12 is okay. I would suggest to stop when you make 16. If you still have some additional chocolate just divide into already measured chocolate.
  • Immediately add two pieces of graham crackers and push into the melted chocolate. The chocolate will not cover the graham cracker pieces. If you use a large cupcake tin then add 2 extra pieces of graham crackers.
  • Heat remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon oil following the same steps above in the same bowl.
  • Once chocolate is smooth and completely melted, add a spoon full of chocolate, a little less than a tablespoon, to each chocolate cup over the graham cracker and caramel you have in the cupcake tin. Evenly distribute all of the chocolate between all of the cups. *Note: if you are using a large cupcake tin just eyeball it when evenly distributing the chocolate, I have not made these measurements.
  • When chocolate is divided into each cup, immediately place 1/2 marshmallow right in the center of the chocolate, lightly push down the marshmallow so that the chocolate rises around it and it becomes set in the chocolate. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  • Place in the refrigerator about 1-2 hours or until chocolate has hardened.
  • Serve, enjoy and devour!

Notes

NOTE If you want a toasted S'mores look I just used my creme brulee torch and slight toasted the top of each one, this is completely optional not a must.

  1. I followed your recipe and even watched the Facebook video. After cooling the no bake s’more cups I cannot get them out of the tray without them falling apart! I tried to spoon them out, is a knife to loosen the outside and nothing is working. I was planning on taking them to a Fourth of July gathering tomorrow! HELP!

  2. Wow these look and sound great! I just printed the recipe and didn’t realize it was going to print 19 color pages for the recipe. Isn’t there a way to print the recipe only? That’s the only negative…

  3. I tried making a few according to the recipe, but the chocolate was overwhelming. However, when I added less chocolate and twice as much cracker, result was much better. Will be making again.

  4. These DELISIOUS non bake s’mores are an easy diy project, and are sweet enough without being overpowering. I absolutely love these and I think you will too.
